All adverts appearing in the Aude and Ariege flyer email newsletter will be displayed free of charge on the Aude Flyer web site for two weeks following publication date

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF ADVERTISING IN THE AUDE AND ARIEGE FLYER NEWSLETTER AND ON THE ARIEGE FLYER WEB SITE

All products and services are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By submitting an advert the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

POSITIONING AND PRICING
Adverts will be positioned and sized at the sole discretion of the Editor. Note: We are using an electronic delivery system so the size of your advert may appear to be bigger or smaller depending on the specifications of the viewing screen on receiving computer equipment but your advert will always be in proportion to the overall size of the publication. Please note that all prices are quoted per insertion (unless otherwise specified).
TECHNICAL DATA
Images must be in the JPG format (identified with an extension of filename.jpg). .
Images will be resized at the sole discretion of the Editor and optimised for Web use to deliver the best performance to online customers.
Aude & Ariege Flyer has the right to amend any material submitted by the client as necessary in order to ensure that it meets the required technical specifications. .
When emailing images please reduce their width to a maximum of 756 pixels or 20 cm. .
Note: You must have the legal right to use any images you submit - please do not use third-party copyright images. All material submitted to Aude & Ariege Flyer by the client must comply with these technical specifications. If you are not able to resize your photos please contact the help desk.

TERM
The Right of Refusal or Withdrawal of AdvertisingAll Aude & Ariege Flyer advertising contracts are fixed term contracts as specified on the invoice. .

PAYMENT
Payment for all advertising products is due in full in advance. Please note that advertising products will not be published until payment is received. Payment details are printed on each invoice. .

JURISDICTION
Any disputes relating to the creation, the execution and the suspension of the contractual obligations between the parties that can't reach an amicable settlement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Carcassonne, 34 rue de Strasbourg, 11005 Carcassonne

OTHER CONDITIONS
- Aude & Ariege Flyer reserves the right to refuse to accept or to withdraw, without having to specify any reason, any message, advertisement or part thereof having in its text or presentation anything that Aude & Ariege Flyer considers to be contrary to Aude & Ariege Flyer's legal or commercial interests without any obligation to the client.
- Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law neither Aude & Ariege Flyer nor any of its directors employees or agents will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the material carried on the Aude & Ariege Flyer site(s) for clients. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and third party claims.
- Modification by Aude & Ariege Flyer
Aude & Ariege Flyer as the publisher reserves the right to add to, amend or otherwise modify any aspect of the Aude & Ariege Flyer website, at any time.
- Intellectual Property
Any advertising design work carried out by Aude & Ariege Flyer may only be used on the Aude & Ariege Flyer site(s) and remains at all times the intellectual property of Aude & Ariege Flyer, and the invoicing and payment for the carrying of such work should not be construed as the transfer of any copyright or intellectual property rights to such work.
- Acts of God or Force Majeure
Aude & Ariege Flyer shall not be liable for any failure to execute customer orders resulting from Acts of God or by any cause outside the control of Aude & Ariege Flyer (whether or not involving third parties). Aude & Ariege Flyer shall give credit in the form of extended advertising periods equal to the period in which the client's advertising was not carried in the case of advertising which has been paid for but not provided as a result of such Acts of God or Force Majeure.
